PRIDE, in collaboration with USAID/IOM Rapid Response Fund (RRF), has successfully constructed 1,531 shelters in Fariya Gidan Block IDP Camp, Jere LGA, Borno State. This critical intervention aims to address the urgent housing needs of displaced families, providing them with safe, secure, and dignified living spaces.
The shelters, designed to withstand the harsh environmental conditions of the region, offer displaced households improved protection, privacy, and a sense of stability amid ongoing challenges. This project not only enhances the living conditions within the camp but also strengthens the resilience of vulnerable communities by meeting their essential shelter needs.
PRIDE’s commitment to delivering sustainable and effective shelter solutions aligns with its broader mission of fostering dignity and well-being for displaced populations. Through collaboration with partners like USAID and IOM, we continue to create impactful and life-changing solutions for those most in need.
